Run Nouriva’s social media, Shopify store, and blog to grow daily orders and catering bookings in Kakuma and Kalobeyei.

Nouriva is a fast-food and catering brand serving Kakuma and Kalobeyei with fresh, affordable East African meals. We are hiring a Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to manage our social channels, Shopify store, and blog. You will plan monthly promos, publish content, update products and bundles, and track results so we turn attention into orders. This role is on site with some field work.

Responsibilities

Own the content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Shoot and edit short videos and photos, write captions, and publish daily.
Manage our Shopify store - products, pricing, bundles, discount codes, and simple page edits.
Publish blog posts and improve basic SEO - keywords, titles, internal links.
Post updates and reply fast to DMs, comments, and reviews.
Track weekly KPIs - orders, CTR, conversion, repeat rate - and suggest actions.
Coordinate flyers, posters, and QR codes with the team and riders.
Support simple ad campaigns on Meta and Google as needed.

Requirements

0–2 years in social media or digital marketing for a consumer brand.
Hands-on with Shopify admin and basic blog publishing.
Good copywriting in English - Swahili is a strong plus.
Comfortable with Canva or CapCut, plus basic photo and video editing.
Understanding of basic SEO and GA4 or similar analytics.
Organized, responsive, and ready to learn fast.

Compensation

KES 4000 - 8000
