Delivery Policy

At Nouriva, we are committed to delivering hot, fresh, and delicious meals directly to your door through our mobile app. This policy explains how our delivery system works, what to expect, and how we ensure smooth service for every customer.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to the following areas:

  • Kakuma 1, 2, 3, and 4
  • Kalobeyei Villages 1, 2, and 3
  • Reception Centers and selected institutions

We may expand to new zones soon. Check the Nouriva app for the latest coverage map.

2. Delivery Hours

Our delivery service operates Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The cut-off time for placing same-day orders is 4:30 PM.

3. Average Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 30 to 45 minutes. During peak hours or bad weather, delivery may take slightly longer. You’ll be notified through the app if delays are expected.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery is free for orders above KES 300 in Kakuma and orders above KES 500 in Kalobeyei. For smaller orders, a flat delivery fee of KES 30–50 may apply depending on your location.

5. Real-Time Tracking

All orders placed via the Nouriva app include real-time status updates. You’ll be able to see when your order is accepted, being prepared, picked up, and delivered.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the delivery location pin is accurate in the app.
  • Be reachable via phone or app in case the rider needs directions.
  • Pick up the order promptly once the rider arrives.

7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

In case of unavoidable delays, our team will inform you promptly. If a delivery fails due to incorrect location details or unresponsiveness, the order may be marked as undeliverable and will not be refunded.

8. Changes & Support

If you need to update your location or change delivery instructions after placing an order, please contact us immediately through the in-app support chat or WhatsApp at +254 700 000 000.
